Hub E Fatima

Hey! I’m Hub e Fatima, your chef , who actually never thought of being a chef ever. As a kid I was so fascinated by culinary shows on the TV. I always wished to be on the other side of the TV and it happened actually.
I never was into cooking , actually I started cooking after I got married and went to Dubai. My family and friends loved the food cooked by me, I think it inherited in me because my mom is an excellent cook. I started my catering business in Dubai and after this cherished experience, when I shifted to Canada, I got degree in culinary arts from George brown college chef school Toronto and worked with some very telented Chefs.
Then I went to Pakistan after pandemic happened and worked as a guest chef on one of Pakistan’s most renowned channels (Masala TV & Dawn Tv). So now I’m here in Vancouver to serve you authentic Pakistani and fusion Continental cuisine.

My Mission

to create memorable culinary experiences that tantalize the taste buds, ignite the senses, and leave a lasting impression. I’m a firm believer that food is not just sustenance; it’s a means of connection, a source of joy, and a reflection of culture.
